By commissioning me, you automatically agree on my Terms Of Service. These terms may not be modified or overwritten in any circumstances, unless we've both agreed accordingly.Breaking my TOS may result in mild warnings, blocking and/or reporting, being blacklisted from purchasing anything from me and cancellation of your commission.

Basics

  • By commissioning me, you confirm that you're aware that I may take a long time to complete your commission due to IRL responsibilities such as work and studies. I do not work with deadlines, and I will decline any services with one.

  • I have the right to decline any request with no further details or explanation.

  • All prices are in USD. They are subjected to change, especially for people paying in R$, since it is my country's currency. You may ask for a price sheet in reais if you're Brazilian.

  • In case of OCs, you must provide a clear, unshaded reference of your character(s) for a commission.

  • I will not draw anything that is part of my DNI or anything that makes me personally uncomfortable. Insistence will end up in blocking.

What I can draw and what I won't draw

  • Humans

  • Furries, scalies, any kind of animal counts

  • Ferals (Warrior Cats, Wings of Fire etc)

  • Animatronics

  • Mechas

  • Human hybrids/humanoid creatures

  • Gore/Body horror, from minimal to intense

  • Characters from shows, games etc

  • Buff characters

  • Ship art/yumeship/OC x canon

  • Any kind of sexual NSFW (including heavily suggestive stuff), genitalia, fetish art etc

  • Any pro-ship related artwork (pedophilia, incest, rape, anything problematic that is glamorized)

  • Abuse or children getting seriously hurt

  • Any bigotry such as racist, LGBTphobic, ableist or religious intolerant ideals or any art containing slurs

  • Art in a different style other than my own (excluding Cookie Run styles)

  • IRL people

You may not claim my characters or art as your own. Commissioned pieces are for personal use only, and they cannot be resold or be used in any comercial way. Feel free to post the piece you've commissioned with proper credit!

  • Unless stated otherwise before the start of the commission, I have the right to publish the final work on my social media or use it as example for advertising purposes.

  • You can repost the art since it's yours now! Just credit me somewhere!!

  • You can use the piece for personal uses only (printing it for yourself, using the image wherever you want etc), just don't profit out of it.

  • I'm not responsible for printing anything, I'm just charging for the art alone.

I can cancel the commission for:

  • Difficult communication with commissioner (unclear requests, vague details, etc)

  • Excessive revisions to the point of delaying the final result
